Elayne Rice, has finally decided that she <br /> y �N would sell the house. <br /> Mr. F1 Miller, is the interested party in the purchase of <br /> this house. Ne has been in contact with me ever since Mrs. <br /> Rice agreed to �ell the property to him. His last <br /> conversatiun with me was Aug. 14th at which time Mr. Miller <br /> said that the cuntract for the purchase of the house had been <br /> „� drawn up, Mr: . Ric��� had a copy of it for review, and that ne <br /> � � had been tryiny to contact her to see iY. she was 9oing to <br /> siqn re- the contract or .LL 3he had probiems with it.
