Existing Conditions <br /> Finding: The lot is a 50' !C 120' . I[ has a �3uplex unit that has been <br /> remodeled. <br /> Conclusion: The addition of the deck and stairwell is for two (?) <br /> additlonal units upstairs. <br /> B, Preserva[ion of Property Right <br /> Finding: The r_xisting porch sets on the south property line. <br /> Conclusion: The p*oposed addition is that the deck and s[airwell will <br /> be two (2.) feet from that property line. <br /> C. Public Welfare <br /> Finding: The proposal would add two (?1 additional apartments and <br /> cemodel and existing building. <br /> Conclusion: The variance would not effect the public welfare. <br /> D. Comprehensive Plan <br /> Finding: The Comprehensive Plan shows this area as `tultiple Family. <br /> Conclusion: TM s variance will have no affect on the Comprehensive <br /> Plan. <br />
