Inade�uate crawl space for the foundation area . <br /> 2. Earth in contact with wood in the foundation area . <br /> 3. Remove and replace all rotted foundation members. <br /> 4. Lack of ventilation within the foundation area . <br /> 5. Steps and landing leading up to apartment were built without <br /> the required permit and necessary inspections. <br /> 6. The bathroom has no ventilation. <br /> 7. The plumbing is unvented. <br /> 8. No safety relief valve on hot �aater tank. <br /> 9.
