WASHINGTON This letter will confirm our phone conversation on August 18, 1986, concerning 9A2D, an inspection performed on the premises of your property situated at 2109 Hoyt. At your request, I inspected the storage of used construction materials and the overall condition of your premises. During the inspection, the following was noted: 1. An abundance of used wood material containing nails. 2. A storage unit next to the six foot fence piled with materials extending beyond the six foot height of the fence. 3. Construction repair work being done to the house without building permits. The conditions stated in 1 and 2 above are very hazardous and can be eliminated by storing the material in the garage, building a fence across the back of the yard, or by removing all nails and decreasing the height of the stacked wood next to the fence so it does not exceed the height of the fence. The third condition, construction repair work being done without a permit, is illegal in the City of Everett.
