TO File <br />�j everett <br />FROM Marian Payne <br />DATE October 13, 1986 <br />SU&IECT 2109 Hoyt CITY OF FVERETT, EVERETT WASHINGTON <br />There has been aIi increase in the used building materials on this property <br />since I inspected it on August 18, 1986. <br />On the 18th of August, I talked with Mr. Dunning, occupant of 2109 Hoyt, and <br />explained to him that the stack cf wood on the north side of his property <br />exceeded the 6' fence requirement by 2 feet and had to be scaled down. Also, <br />all the nails in the wood had to be remov9d. There is to be no storage of <br />such materials in the alley. <br />Mr. O'Sullivan, who lives at 2107 Hoyt, complained again on October 9. I went <br />to the 2109 Hoyt address and took pictures. There was ;Mood stored in the <br />alley with the spike end of nails sticking straight up, out of the wood. I <br />will present these pictures to the legal staff for a deterrsination on <br />enforcement procedures. <br />MP/dw <br />0834B <br />
