Members of the Community Develop- <br />ment staff have contacted the owner of the property at <br />2114 Hoyt regarding the garbage that is in the alley at <br />that address. The owner has said he will provide new <br />covered garbage cans for his tenants and will have the de- <br />bris in the alley cleaned up. <br />I do intend to stay on top of this situation.
