1 — ADDENDUM TO COUNCIL RESOLUTION 0983 <br />3 As the owner of the property located at 2120 Hoyt Avenue, Everett, Washington <br />4 has indicated to the Everett City Council that the single family dwelling at <br />5 that address will be repaired and rehabilitated to meet the present building <br />6 codes of the City.of Everett, Resolution No. 983, ordering the demolition of <br />7 the structure is hereby held in abeyance until September 12, 1975, at which <br />n i time will be fully enforced. <br />9 <br />10 In the event that the property has been substantially rehabilitated to the <br />11 satisfaction of the Building official of the City of Everett, on or before <br />12 September 12. 1975, Resolution No. 983 shall become null and void. <br />13 <br />14 It is the owners responsibility to adhere to the following schedule: <br />15 1. Remove all apparent hazards or dangers to the public and secure <br />16 the building against unauthorized entry within seven (7) days <br />17 from the date of this addendum. <br />18 2. Present adequate plans and specifications to the Inspection <br />19 Division of the City of Everett for their approval within seven <br />20 (7) days from the date of the addendum. <br />21 3. Obtain the necessary building, plumbing and electrical permits <br />22 and begin actual repairs within fourteen (14) days from the date <br />23 of this addendum. General repairs that are necessary to effect <br />24 code compliance shall be: <br />25 <br />26 a. Rewire the structure to the present National Electrical <br />27 Code (1975 Edition), provide new service of adequate size. <br />28 <br />29 <br />90 <br />0-1 <br />Complete repairs according to Council Addendum to Resolution No 983 (attached) <br />-xFiration date of this permit shall be January 1, 1976.
