4 <br />NOTICE OF UNSAFE BUILDING(S) w �\- <br />Section 1: On February 5, 1974- the hereinabove described <br />building(s) or structure(s), or portion(s) thereof, were ex� dne 1 by the City <br />of Everett Building Official or his duly authorized representative. <br />Section 2: Upon said examination it is found that said building(s), or structure(s), <br />or portion(s) thereof, are unsafe as defined in the City of Everett Building <br />Code in the following respects, to -wit: <br />1. Front and rear porches deteriorated. <br />2. Interior of residence is littered with debris and garbage. <br />3. Kitchen sink not connected to waste line. <br />4. Bathtub substandard and incomplete. <br />5. Foundation framing deteriorated. <br />6. No•electrical outlets in bedrooms on second floor. <br />7. Building is open to public. <br />8. Plumbing waste and vents substandard. <br />
