FORM D <br />i <br />NOTICE OF PRESENTATION OF BUILDING OFFICIAL <br />REQUEST TO CITY COUNCIL FOR AN ORDER <br />..ection 1: That the City of Everett Building Official or his duly authorized <br />i <br />representative shall request the Everett City Council to order you and each of <br />_ you prosecuted as a violator .)f the provisions of the City of Everett Building <br />I+ Core and shall further request the Everett City Council to order the City of <br />Eve:•ett Building Official to proceed with the work specified and required in the <br />NOTICE OF UNSAFE BUILDINGS) dated the third day of June , <br />19 74 , which was heretofore properly served upon you and each of you because <br />of, the failure, neglect or refusal of you and each of you to comply with the provisions <br />j of said notice. <br />Section 2; Said request shall be presented at the regular scheduled public meeting <br />of the Everett City Council to be held on the 22 day of January ! 19, 75 <br />commencing at the hour of 10:00 a.m in the City Council Room, Everett <br />City Hall, Everett, Washington, <br />Section 3: You and.each of you and/or your authorized representative(s) shall <br />have the right to appear at said meeting of the Everett City Council and'to present <br />such evidence and/or arguments relating to this matter as you and each of you <br />or your authorized representatives) may desire. Failure to appear and/or <br />present evidence and/or arguments shall not bar the Everett City Council from <br />hearing or acting upon said request of the City of Everett Building Official or <br />his duly authorized representative. Action of the Everett City Council shall <br />be final; prodded, however, ,,ou and each of you have the right to seek relief from <br />said final action of the Everett City Council from the Superior Court of ;.he State <br />of Washington. <br />Section 4: This official action is pursuant to and in accordance with the City of. <br />Everett Building Code, Chapter Z. 12 Everett City Code adopting and amending <br />Volume 1, Uniform Building Code, 1967 Edition prepared by the International <br />Conference of Building Officials, Copies of said code are available for public <br />inspection in the office of the City Clerk, Everett City Hall, Everett, Washington, <br />
