That the building(s), structure(s), or portion(s) <br />thereof described in said notice are unsafe and <br />a public nuisance under the provisi�ns of said <br />City of Everett Building Code In the respects set <br />forth in said notice. <br />6. That those named in said notice as the owner(s) <br />. of said unsafe building(s), structure(s), or <br />portion(s) thereof have failed, neglected or <br />refused to comply with.the provisions of said <br />notice in violation of the provisions of said City <br />of Everett Building Code. <br />WHEREAS the Everett City Council upon due consideration deem it <br />desirable in the best interests of the public health, <br />safety, property and welfare that said requested order <br />shall enter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />EVERETT as follows: <br />Section 1. The City of Everett Building Official be and <br />hereby is authorized and directed to proceed with the work <br />required and specified in the hereinabove described NOTICE <br />OF UNSAFE BUILDINGS) in accordance with the provisions of <br />the hereinabove descrided City of Everett Building Code; <br />provided, however, said cork shall not be commenced until <br />not less than 10 days after date of personal service or <br />15 days after date of mailing by registered mail or certi=ied <br />mail of notice of the herein described Everett City Council <br />order (resC-lution) to each of thise named in said NOTIr.E <br />OF UNSAFE bUILD1NG(S) as the owner(s) or the unsafe building(s), <br />structure,(r), or portions) thereof described in said <br />NOTICE OF UNSAFE BUILEING(S). <br />Section 2. The City of Everett Building Official be and <br />hereby is authorized and directed to forthwith give notice <br />of the herein described Everett City Counci order (resolution) <br />to each of those named in the hereinabove described NOTICE <br />
