FORM C ry NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL ORDER Section 1: That the Everett City Council by Resolution No. 963 dated the 22 day of January , 19 75 has ordered you and each of you prosecuted as a violator of the City of Everett Building Code and further ordered the City of Everett Building Official to proceed with the work specified and required in the NOTICE OF UNSAFE BUILDINGS) dated the 3 day of June 1974 which was heretoforr.'properly served upon you and each of you because of the failure, neglect or refusal of you and each of you to comply with the provisions of said notice. Section 2: The City of Everett Building Official shall commence to proceed with the work specified and required in the hereinabove described NOTICE OF UNSAFE BUILDING(S) 10 days after date of service on or 15 days after date of mailing of this notice to you and each of you. Section 3: This notice is pursuant to and in accordance with the hereinabove described resolution of the Everett City Council. A copy of said resolution is available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk, Everett City Hall, Everett, Washington. ` Section 4: This official action is pursuant to and in accordance with the City of Everett Building Code, Chapter Z. 12 Everett City Code adopting and amending Volume 1, Uniform Building Code, 1967 Edition prepared by the International Conference of Building Officials. Copies of said code are available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk, Everett City Hall, Everett, Washington. Section 5: The City of Everett Building Official or his duly authorized representative shall be available between 9:00 a,m, and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, holidays excepted, at his office in the Everett City Hall, Everett, Washington for consultation in this matter.
