DEMOLITIONS <br />Vee7$ / 5 l y -7 S' <br />A letter was received from Ron Phelps regarding the demolition of the house <br />at asked <br />that t. de Phelps said he had a purchaser for this property and <br />asked that the demolition order be rescinded. <br />Frank Bennett of the Community Development Department reported to the Coun- <br />cil he had received a call from the purchaser, Mr. Flowers, and had taken <br />him through the house, explaining what needed to be done. Since then :•;r, <br />Flowers had told him he was not going to purchase the Property. <br />was taken on Mr. Phelps, request, <br />p y• No action <br />Mr. Bennett also reported that pursuant to the order of two weeks ago re- <br />garding the IOOF hall in Lowell, the'Inspection Department had made daily <br />trips to this property to see if it had been boarded up as ordered. <br />this date, Mr. Manley, the owner, had made no effort to secure the building <br />and .Mr. Bennett was instructed to contact him immediately.
