3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />29 <br />30 <br />31 <br />32 <br />ADDENDUM TO COUNCIL RESOLUTION #983 <br />As the owner of the property located at 2120 Hoyt Avenue, Everett, Washington <br />has indicated to the Everett City Cuuncil that the single family dwelling at <br />that address will be repaired and rehabilitated to meet the present building <br />nodes of the City.of Everett, Resolution No. 983, ordering the demolition of <br />the structure is hereby held in abeyance until September 12, 1975, at which <br />time will be fully enforced. <br />In the event that the property has been substantially rehabilitated to the <br />satisfaction of the Building official of the City of Everett, on or before <br />September 12, 1975, Resolution No. 983 shall become null and void. <br />It is the owners responsibility to adhere to the following schedule: <br />1. Remove all apparent hazards or dangers to the public and secure <br />the building against unauthorized entry within seven (7) days <br />from the date of this addendum. <br />2. Present adequate plans and specifications to the Inspection <br />Division of the City of Everett for their approval within seven <br />(7) days from the date of the addendum. <br />3. Obtain the necessary building, plumbing and electrical peniit; <br />and begin actual repairs within fourteen (14) days from the date <br />of this addendum. General repairs that are necessary to effect <br />code compliance shall be: <br />a. Rewire the structure to the present National Electrical <br />Code (1975 Edition), provide new service of adequate size. <br />
