All calls for inspection shall be made 24 hours in advance. <br />2. All work shall be oerformed in accordance with the permit and current City of Everett Design and Construction Standards <br />and Specifications. <br />3, Call Location Underground Service 48 hrs before you dig. TOLL FREE NUMBER 811 F- <br />4. Connect side sewer per City Standard #'s 601, 602, 604. <br />5. The contractor must meet with the Public Works Inspector to discuss potential drainage routing prior to beginning <br />the project. CALL RANDY ALLEN at 425-339-7403 <br />6. Install erosion control measures as determined by the Public Works inspector, such as silt fence, straw bales, <br />swales, or erosion blankets. <br />7. Remove erosion control measures upon completion of the project prior to final approval of the permit. <br />B. All excavated material from foundation, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauled to an approved, permitted site. <br />No wasting of material is allowed on this building lot. <br />9. No dirt, mud, rocks or debris to be tracked onto roadway. <br />10. No building materials to be stacked on sidewalk/roadway and sidewalk/roadway to be kept clean and open for <br />pedestrian travel. <br />11. Adjust water meter box 1" above sidew=.ik grade. <br />12. Remove and replace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per City of Everett Standard Plan #'s 305A & 306 on this <br />proposal's frontage as directed by the Public Works Inspector (i.e. all unused driveways and any broken or <br />damaged area must be replaced). <br />13.
