I indicated that I did not and <br />he told me of a complaint from one of the tenants in the <br />Lhree apartment building who had complained about water <br />entering the electrical service whenever it rained. I told <br />John that I would be glad to accompany nim on an inspection. <br />On Sept. the ?_8th, John and I inspected the problem and the <br />following deficiencies c+ere noted: <br />1 <br />E� <br />T'he electrical service is located on a back perch <br />which is not accessible to all tenants. <br />The service did not appear to be qrounded. <br />3. Live wires are exposed in sevei•al areas of the <br />porch. <br />4. 5ervice wires for the bu�lding run through a tree. <br />5. Wiring exposed to the elementa is old and <br />deteriorated. <br />6. The structure does not provide protection from the <br />weather, there are water marks on the ceiling of the <br />porch caused £rom the roof leaking. <br />7. The roof over the porch anci other areas of the house <br />is deteriorated and in need oi repair. <br />
