I told <br />.John that I would be glad to accompany him on an inspection. <br />im 5ept. the 28th, John and I inspected the problem and t.ha <br />Lollowing deficiencies were noted: <br />1 <br />'l_ <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7. <br />7'he electrical service is located on a 6ack porch <br />which i� not acces3ible to all tenants. <br />The service did not appear to be grounded. <br />Live wires are exposed in several areas of the <br />porch. <br />Service wires for the building run through a tree. <br />Wiring exposed to the elements 1� old and <br />deteriorated. <br />The ytructure+ does not provide protection Yrom the <br />weather, t`�ere are water marks on the ceiliny of the <br />porch cau�ed from the roof lealcing. <br />The roof over the porch and other areas of the house <br />is deteriorated and in need of repair. <br />
