In <br />1956, on the zoning map, there is a triplex at 2216 Hoyt and <br />a duplex at 2218 Hoyt. (2218 Hoyt is located behind 2216 <br />Hoyt.) The Polk shows 2216 as a duplex and 2216 1/2 as an <br />SFF, in 1956 which equals three units. 2218 is listed seper- <br />ately as an SFR. I was only able to find 2216A Hoyt i� the <br />building microfishe records and there was nothing substan- <br />tive that would indicate that there was/was not an illegal <br />conversion. <br />If you hav� additional information that would support the <br />illegal triplex conversion theory, plcase forward a copy to <br />me and I will look at the complaint again.
