All projects over 4,000 squaze feet or mo:e than 4 dwelling <br />units require the plans to be prepazed by an uchitect cunently licensed to <br />practice in the state of Washington (RCW 18.08) - Please note that an engineers <br />stamp dces not eliminate this requirement. <br />B. Foundation plans and details <br />C. Floor plan with complete dimensions (indicate entire building shawing all exit <br />doors, stairs, corridors, etc.) <br />D. Building section with vertical dimensions and building construction <br />E. Wall sections indicating proposed construction and assembly rating as required <br />for 9ccupancy separation, azea sepazation or building construction <br />F. Exterior elevations indicating proposed materials, finish grade and building <br />height <br />G. Stair or ramp pl�ns (l/�i" = I' 0" minimuni scale) and sections <br />H. Toilet room plans (1/4" = 1' U" minimum scale) and interior e(evations, indicate <br />wall and floor finishes, fixture dimensioas, handicap accessorizs (if required) <br />and toilet accessories <br />I. Door schedule (indicate frame and door rating, type of luck or latch and signage <br />if required) <br />J. Room f: :ish scheciule <br />K. Lighting plan and energy budget calculations (indicate wattage of all fixtures, <br />include exterior building mounted lighting).
