The fac3.lity is presently f.he existing Trinity Episcopal Church <br />located on Hoyt and,23rd. <br />2. The first school year vill start with approxunately 40 s[�dents. <br />3. This project has approximately 30 parking spaces loca[ed �n the site. <br />4. Access to the parking area is fzom the alley. � <br />5. The project is located in an R-3 zonr:. <br />6. There is no outa.ide recrration area,however, [ye facility has a SOx80 <br />g•�m for recreational uses. <br />7.
