City of Everett, a Washington <br />Municipal Corporation, <br />Petitioner, <br />vs. <br />Ned Alkan <br />10104 Marine View Drive <br />Mukilteo, WA 98275 <br />Respondent, <br />CITY OF EVERETT <br />VIOLATIONS HEARING EXAMINER <br />Case No. 05-0213 <br />This matter having come before the Violations Hearing Examiner on April 14, 2005, in open hearing, Petitioner <br />represented by Code Compliance officer Spring Wathen, Respondent appearing on behalf of himself, and the <br />testimony of witnesses having been heard and all exhibits admitted into evidence having been considered, the <br />Violations Hearing Examiner makes the following order: <br />ORDER: <br />This matter, regarding the property at 2630 Hoyt Avenue, Everett, Washington, shall be continued to April 28, <br />2005 at 9 a.m. with the following conditions: <br />1. The City of Everett shall review plans presented by Respondent. <br />2. The Respondent shall also cause the plans to be peer reviewed and a report of that review shall be <br />presented to the City of Everett no later than 5 p.m., April 25, 2005. <br />3. Prior to any construction, the Respondent shall obtain any and all necessary permits. <br />4. Resolution of the alleged violations described in the Violations Citation of March 17, 2005 remain <br />pending. <br />Entered this day of 2005. <br />James M.
