The legal description for the subject property is as follows: <br />Parcel # 00 5624 6140 1800 <br />Legal description: RUCKCRS Is"' PLAT BLK 614 D-00 ALL OF LOTS 18 TO 24 <br />INCL <br />Construction Permit No. B 305-017 was issued May 13, 2003 to "Repair Brick Veneer." <br />An "Inspection Report" dated September 29, 2003, noted the following: "Shoring on south side <br />of bldg — called owner — they are just getting started with this project work in progress". <br />On January 10, 2005, a letter was sent to property owner Ned Alkan regarding the expiring <br />permit previously issued to repair the brick veneer. <br />No other information is available until an `Inspection Report" dated March 1, 2005. That report <br />states the following: "Fire Dept complaint — outside wall ready to fall down. Brick veneer <br />failing at S.E. corner of Bldg. Owner has taken steps to temporarily shore wall and has installed <br />cyclone fence to keep public from being hit should any brick fall.
