I1. Corrective Action Required <br />1. Remove the brick facade immediately. All removal and disposal must be completed no <br />later than March 30, 2005. <br />2. In the alternative to No. I above, by March 30, 2005, present to the City of Everett <br />Building Department a written plan from a design professional licensed by the State of <br />Washington that presents both the scope of the problem with the brick veneer and the <br />proposed remedy. <br />3. All work to repair or remove brick veneer must be done in accordance with current <br />Building Code requirements and all other applicable City of Everett Codes. <br />4. Prior to any work, all necessary permits must be obtained. <br />You may avoid the hearing described in Section 11 if you: <br />I . Fully complete the corrective action described above, AND <br />2. Contact the Code Compliance Officer (425) 257-7193, on or before corrective <br />action date specified above advising the Officer that the corrective actions have <br />been completed, AND <br />3. Receive confirntation from the Building Department and Code Compliance <br />Officer that the violations have been corrected to the City's satisfaction. <br />Ill.
