I observed and took pictures of the following conditions: I. Brick veneer on exterior wall, south side of the building is failing. 2. Steps have been taken to temporarily shore the failing wall. 3. Temporary cyclone fence has been installed to prevent injury to the public in the event of wall failing causing bricks to fall onto the adjacent sidewalk. These conditions are shown on the photographs submitted into evidence, aad set out more fully in the Violation Citation. These conditions exist to the extent that the safety and welfare of the public are endangered and were not fully and completely abated as required by the Violation Citation.
