izEPORT <br />FROM: :9arian Payne, Housing inspector, city of Everett <br />DATE: March 7, 1990 <br />SUBJ: :630 Hoyt Ave. Apt. 21, Everett, WA <br />Upon the complaint of and at the request of the tenant <br />occupying :630 Hoyt Ave. Apt. 21, an inspection of the <br />apartment and the second floor corridors and stairways was <br />conducted on Mar. 6, 1990. The deficiencies were noted <br />pursuant to the Uniform Housing code: <br />1. Water damage from the root was noted on the ceiling <br />and walls of the kitchen. Water damage was also <br />noted in the food storage cabinet in the kitchen. <br />Sec. 601 (b) and Sec. 1001. (h) 2. <br />2. The light fixture in the kitchen ceiling shows signs <br />of water entering through it. Sec. 601 (b) and <br />Sec. 1001 (e) and (h) 2. <br />3. Water damage from the roof was noted on the ceiling <br />and walls of the living room/sleeping area. <br />Sec. 603. (b) and Sec. 1001. (h) 2. <br />4. The second story corridor shows water damage to the <br />ceiling. The East and West stairway ceilings ahow <br />signs of water damage. Sec. 601 (b) and <br />Sec. 1001 (h) 2- <br />b. Handrails on the West stairway are loose. Sec. 801. <br />
