Install the covers and safety cages to the light units in the mechanical room (south wail) and remove combustible materials (cardboard boxes) from directly under and around same. The above cited Fire Code violations deal primarily with the protection of life and secondarily with the protection of property. These violations need to be corrected. In addition to these requirements, what is written below is an attempt to :how some grave concerns this inspector has about this facility and operation as it relates to recognized Fire Code standards, prevention practices and good standards. Although these are only recommendations from this office, they should be carefully considered for correction as thoroughly as the above - listed requirements.
