However, the following items should be considered in the <br />planning anG :onstruction of this utility: <br />1. The work will require a City of Everett utility permit and plan <br />review. <br />2. There will be some sewer main relocation work at the intersection of <br />Everett Avenue and the alley west of Hoyt in conjunction with the <br />library expansion. This may conflict with any new underground work <br />across Everett Avenue. <br />3. There is no future widening of Pacific Avenue planned at the new ple <br />locations.
