3.0 STARTS AND RELATED woR;< <br />All work performed in the design, preparation of plans and in the <br />construction or improvement Of City streets and all appurtenances, <br />whether. by or for a private developer shall be the respcnsibili*_y of <br />the developer and done to the satisfaction of the City Engineer and <br />in accordance with the p--:1s approved by the City for the work. <br />It is emphasized that no permits will be issued to start work until <br />plans for that work are approved. Any revisions to the plans shall <br />be approved by the City Engineer before being implemented. A set of <br />"As-Builts" drawings (mylars) will be required at the completion of <br />the project and prior to final acceptance <br />requirements. of the work. See <br />incividual utilse <br />ity ctions for more specific "As Euilts" <br />3.1 CCNTRCL DENSITY FILL <br />CCF shall conform to the following specifications: <br />1. Portland Cement - Typ_ 1-I1 AASiTO M85 <br />2. Mineral Filler Admrr TMC-618, Ciailss F)'J�o-n&—Z <br />3. Agerecate: Everett Washed Coarse Sand W. 2 <br />CCF shall be used in the following proportions for one (1) cubic <br />Yard. Batch weights may vary depending on specific weights of <br />aggregates. <br />Portland Cement 50 lbs/yd <br />Fly Ash 250 lWYE", <br />Everett No. 2 <br />Washed Coarse Sand 3,700 lbs/yd <br />Add sufficient water to provide a 3" to 6" slump delivered in place <br />at the job site. <br />3.2 CURB RAMPS <br />in accordance with State law, curb ramps shall be provided at all <br />Pedestrian crossings with curb sections. See Standard Plan No. 310 <br />ana 311. It is required that when a ramp is constructed giving <br />handicap access to the roadway area, the corresponding ramp at the <br />opposite side of the roadway will also be required. Exact locations <br />at each curb return will be approved in the field during construction. <br />E <br />3 <br />3. <br />
