A copy of the sketch, showing the approved <br />work, is enclosed. All work must conform to this sketch. <br />We are also enclosing a copy of our rules and regulations govern— <br />irg work on City Streets. Please notify us when you start this <br />work as we must inspect the work before concrete is poured. <br />This permit is valid for a period of 60 days.
