The intent of the ordinance is to help protect the downtown streetscape and encourage economic development in ane of :he City's important retail and business centers. This ordinance establishes minimum n�aintenance requirements for structures in the CBD in an effort to keep the streetscape vibrant and attractive. The ordinance becomes effective September 1, 2009.
