This <br />ordinance establishes minimum n�aintenance requirements for structures in the CBD in <br />an effort to keep the streetscape vibrant and attractive. The ordinance becomes <br />effective September 1, 2009. A full copy of th� ordinance i^ enclosed with tliis letter.
