This <br />ordinance establishes minimum maintenance requirements for structures in the CBD in <br />an effort to keep the streetscape vibrant and attractive. The ordinance becomes <br />effective September 1, 2009. A full copy of the ordinance is enclosed with this letter. An <br />additional letter will be sent in September regarding compliance with this ordinance and <br />how we can best support you in that effort. <br />Following is the parcel number and parcel address information on record at SnohoR�ish <br />County (which will include buildings and tenant addresses affected by this ordinance): <br />Please contact us with any corrections so lhat we can coordinate address information <br />with Snohomish County records.
