Z_mmerman ti�ould not permit an insnectior. of the apartment <br />area and no attempt was made to forcP entrv as we felt that we <br />had sufficient evidence during the tour of the fra�e portion of <br />the building to justifv our search. <br />Discrepancies were found to exist as follaas: <br />1. Roof coverinq is deteriorated beyond 508 allowing <br />entrance of. the elements. Large pieces of. roofing <br />materials are hanging loose and }eave, in the past, <br />blown into City streets endangering pedestrians <br />and autos. <br />2. The wooden flooring lists ind bucY.les 3n se��er41 <br />places and is rotted and decaYed by exno�ure to Water. <br />3. The entire atructure in scattered with trash and debris, <br />old pliunbing parts, magazine�, newsnaner:- and other <br />combustiUle materials. <br />4. The e.lectrical wiring is cieteriorated anA damaged <br />:�eyond 508, contain� open and e:.�nosed part�s, and <br />is fu�ed beyond the capacit}� of the Y�i.res. <br />5. The only means of inqress and egress is via an onen <br />woodon staixway which leads to tl�e dilapidated frame <br />portion of the building. <br />6. 758 of the windows are broken and the sashe4 deteriorated. <br />7. The gutter3 and downspouts are miseing and/or deteriorated <br />bcyon�3 usc. <br />
