The <br />inspectors requested corrections on both permits; see copies of his reports enclosed. <br />According to our records there has been no request for inspection in xhe lazt 180 days. Please <br />advise us as to whether work is completed or continuing. If work a�ill be continuing, please <br />submit a written request for eactension. The Uniform Building Code provides that all permits <br />expire by limitation if the work authorized by the permit is suspended or abandoned for a <br />period of 180 days at any time after work is commenced. <br />Please respond wi�hin 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records <br />Department for microfilming without �nal approval.
