The last <br />inspection was a partial approval for service only on July 13, 2000. The Uniforrn Building Code <br />provides that all permits expire by limitation if the work auu:orized by the pem�it is suspended or <br />abandoned at any time after work is commenced for a period of 180 days. If you wish to prevent <br />the peimit from expiring without dur,umcatation of completion, you may: <br />1) Request an inspection of �.vork that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />or 2) Request final inspection if the work is compieted, <br />or 3) SuUmit a written request Por a 180 day extension. <br />Please respon� within 10 days.
