This <br />ordinance establishes minimum maintenance requirements for structures in the CBD in <br />an effort to keep the streetscape vibrant and attractive. The ordinance becornes <br />eftective September 1, 2009. A full copy of the ordinance ?s enclosed with this le!ter.
