The intent of the ordinance is to heip protect the downtown streetscape and encourage economic development in one of the City's important retail and business centers. This ordinance establishes minimum maintenance requiremenls for structures in the CBD in an effort to keep tf:e streetsca.pe vibrant and attractive. The ordinance becomes effective September 1, 2009.
