This <br />ordinance establishes minimum maintenance requirements for stn•ctures in the CBD in <br />an effort to keep ihe streetscape vibrant and attractive. Tlie ordinance becomes <br />effective September 1, 2009. A fuli copy of the ordinance is enclosed with this letter.
