The intent of the ordinance �s to heip protect the downtown streetscape and encourage economic development in one of the City's imoortant retail and business centers. This ordinance establishes minimum mainlenance requirements for structures in the CBD in an effort to keep the streetscape vibrent and attractive. The ordinance became effective September 1, 2009.
