The intent of the ordinance is #o help protect the downtown streetscape and encourac�e economic development in one of the City's important retail and business centers. Thi� ordinance establishes minimum maintenance requirements for structures in the CBD in an effort to keep the streetscape vibrant and attractive. The ordinance became effective September 1, 2009.
