( in addition to <br />the fire damaged condition.) <br />The building is partially occupied. The building has been altered from its original single family configuration to now <br />having 5+ apartments. <br />I have researched some of the historical status of this building and have discovered that the apartment configuretion <br />does not appear to have been created with the necessary approvals. (This has had prelirninary confirmation from <br />planning. "Terresa Firnstahl".) <br />The building in its current condition should not be occupied. <br />The building is in �diolation of severel sections of the IPMC. <br />I recommend that you look into the situation and suspect that you will �vant to condem� the premises. <br />Tony will be out of the office today and I wiil be out in the field most of the day. <br />If you have any questions, my cell # is (425) 508- 86�3. <br />Regards, <br />Ted Budden <br />
