See the <br />enclosed Inspection Activity Report(s). Sections 105.5 and R105.5 of the International Building <br />Code and International Residenlial Code state that permits become invalid if ihe work is not <br />commenced or is suspended or aband�ned for more than 180 days. Work under your permits <br />will no longer be authorized uni��ss you: <br />1) Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since <br />your last inspection, or <br />2) Request final inspections of th;e work that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for extensio�i. <br />It is your responsibility to ensure that permitted worh is properly and safely completed, and that <br />all required inspections are perforrried. Please contact us by May �6, 2011 to schedule <br />inspections or request extension. After that time the file �vill be sent lo microfilm without <br />final approval. <br />Please note that we will not be sendin9 repeated letters if aRer further inspections the permit <br />once again reaches expiration.
