If there <br />orere tc be any detrimcnt to the other properties it would be if <br />the variance was not approved because theu the building would <br />be marginally profitable and upkeep would suffer or the building <br />would revert to its previous owner and status. When I bought <br />the building it was physically an eyesore and was a drug traffic <br />and party rental. The property has been cleaned up and the <br />structure painted and there is no alcohol or drugs permitted en <br />the proqerty. <br />The variance if granted tiaould not adversely affect the cc,mpre-- <br />hensive gencral Plan. <br />2 of 2 <br />
