Woolworth filed an appeal of the Board's <br />decision. In reviewir�g his appeal, among other things, he alleges that the <br />Staff report was not provided to the Doard in accordance with EMC <br />19.70.100. He claims that ��e was prejudiced b;� this action. <br />I have spoken with Woolworth concerning this matter and have agree� to have <br />his variance reconsidered �y the Board with the Board receiving *��e Staff <br />report in ar,cordance with EMC 19.70.100. lhe court date has been continucd <br />until January 26 • <br />Please schedule this matter on the Board's agenda for tVie January meeting. <br />Make sure that the Board receives their packets at least one week before the <br />liearing.
