When I bought <br />the building it was p}�ysically an eyesore and was a drug traffic <br />and party rental. The property has been cleaned up and the <br />structure painted and there is no alcohol or drugs permitted on <br />the property. <br />The variance if granted woixld� nct adversely affect the compre- <br />hensive general plan. <br />
