JW Construction <br />INSPECTION REPORTS <br />7-8-93 <br />Inspected resteel in perimeter and inside `�orings. Witnessed placement of 17 cubic yazds <br />of mix � 0236 3000 psi concrete from Kenmore Pre-Mix in abo��e locarions. After <br />corrections were made found all else to be in accordance with approved drawings. <br />Nonconforming Condirions/Cortective Action Taken: Fonnd interior footings to have <br />three #4 along top. Plans called for three #5, had contractor add three #4 so that they were <br />doubled up. Some perimeter foorings didn't have required 3", had contractor dohie up to get <br />clearances. <br />INSPECTOR: Greg Johnson <br />7-12-93 <br />Amved on site to inspect concrete and resteel for foundation walls for duplex. The lap on <br />the verdcal dowel was approximately 4-6'umor �a iZn'a�l ons of waterf added ro fullload bys <br />of Kenmore mix # 0236 was placed by p p B <br />contractor. Sheet 7/7 requires 5 1/2 sk mix,this mix contains 4 sk cement and 61 Ibs 11y ash. <br />Concrete was censolidated by hand rodding. Varions size 60 grade restcel was :ed. Une set <br />of 6x12 cylinders were cast for laboratory analysis. Anchor bolts were wet set.
