Narrative Statement - A dr-.tailed description of the variance being <br />requested and a paragraph adcressing each of the following specific points <br />Which are the facts and condl.tions that must exiet for the Board to grant <br />a variance. <br />That there are exceptional or extraordinary circumstances or <br />cunditions applying to the subject property or as to the inter.ded <br />�se thereof, that do not apply generally to other properties in tY�e <br />same vicinity or zone; <br />2. ?t�at such variance is necessary for the preservation and enjoyment <br />of a substantial property right of the appellant possessed by the <br />owners of other praperties in tne same vicinity or zone; <br />3• That the authori.::�:tion of such variance will not be materially <br />deterimental to the public welfare or injurious to prope^ty in the <br />vicinity or zone in which the property is located; <br />4. That the granting of such variance will not adversely affect the <br />comprehensive general plan. <br />B. Vicinity Map - A map showing the proposed property in relation to major <br />roads, commercial centers, city limits, etc. <br />C. A site plan (drawn to a scale of not less than 1" = 10' or more than 1" _ <br />100�) depending upon the size of the property, containing the following: <br />1. All dimensions of property and number of aeres or square feet in <br />site. <br />2. Location, dimensions and square Peet of existing and proposed <br />structures in relation to the site area boundaries. <br />3. Parking and loading areas. <br />4. Traffic access and circulation. <br />5.
