I3elow I will address the items you were looking for. ✓ 1. A foundation drawing is included with 1he new set of plans. It shows the existing faundation of Ihe house. ✓2. The below grade walls now have a 2x6 half wall on thc inside. This will provide the R21 insulation rcquired. This is shown in detail on the cross section drawing on page 6 of the plans. c�3. The framing of the ne�v walls of the basement will be 2x6 in size. This is shown on the f aming matcrial �etail on pagc 7. ✓�l. Gxterior walls of the basement will Uc insulaled wid� R21. This is shown on the cross section detaii on pagc 6. ✓ S. On page 7 of the plans, wall dc:ails are provided for the exterior materials and the wall materials used. — 6. A first fleor framing plan is provided. Therc are no modifications on that floor. — 7. The stair detail is provided on page 8 of the plans. ,/iS. Smoke detectors are marked on the plans for the new bedrooms as well as adding new unes die existing ones. They are listed on the plans as "SD" with a circle around it. 1 I.
