IIowever, <br />it is the issue of parking that 2 wish to address <br />on this street. Due to the proximity to the Everett <br />docantocan area and the restriction of parking on tlle <br />west �ide of the street only, the limited parY,ing <br />sE�ots are of concern to the residents in this area. <br />I do not wish to see 2-hour restricted parking in <br />this block just to accommodate a bu.ilder that wishes <br />to enlarge the number of rental units, to be of benefit <br />to the owner only. We, the residents in this area do <br />realize that this area is zoned multiple and have no <br />dispute with the new apartr�ent complex. Aut we do <br />feel that the parking requirement should be rigidly <br />adhered to Uy all new complexes in the City, especially <br />those in t}:e doo�ntown area.
