A detailed draieing shall Ue submitted to thc Public l�'orks <br />Department sho�aing parking layout, landscaping, dri��eways, <br />utilitics, storm drainage, and all required improveraents <br />to the public right-of-i:ay. Public t4orks Departnent approval <br />of these drai�ings is required before any permits are issued. <br />All improvements shall be completed before the Occupancy Permit <br />is i_sued. <br />As-builts, easements, and a one year liarrantee Bond in the amount <br />of l00 of the cost of construction of the public tirater system are <br />required �rithin 10 i.•orking days of obtaining public tiaater connection <br />(if a puUlic �aater system is installed). <br />2. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during construction. <br />3. Ihiring construction, all truck traffic to and from the site within <br />the Cit}• of Everett shall Ue on arterial streets unless otherwise <br />approved Uy the Public ltiorl:s Department. <br />4. Participation in the cost to fund the \orth [nd Se�eer Interceptor is <br />required. <br />5. On-site detention is required. A temporary crosion and sedimentation <br />control plan must Ue aPpro��ed b�• the Fublic ltiorks Department Lefore <br />any clearing, Erading or other site preparation can begin. Drainage <br />from site must be collected and transferred to e�isting system by approved <br />means. Drainage calculations to he submitted on Citv Drainage PYan <br />submission form. Resecding of exposed eatth is required irithin 30 days <br />af complction of earth �.•ork. <br />6. A preconstivction conference on Civil Gngincering portion of project <br />is required prior to approcal of PuUlic liorks Permit.
