It was originally constructed ir, 1905
according to the Snohomish County Assesser's records. The zoning code requirements for
huilding setbacks for structures from side property lines became effective December 1, 1956.
DECISION: The Planning Director has determined to allaw for the proposal with the following
conditions:
All necessary building permits are to be obtained from the ity of Everett's Building
Department.
Right to Appeal: The applicant or owner of property located adjacent to the subject property
or any property owner who deems himself aggrieved and wil! thereby suffer a direct impact
from the proposal may appeal the Planning Director's determination as to whether or not the
proposal should be permitted.
