Concrete retaining wall needed in east end of <br />basement to replace wood. <br />2. Floor joists look over-spaned. <br />3. Bedroom #1 & 2 windows do not comply with UBC <br />Sec. 1404. <br />4. 3/4" water service needed. <br />5. Lead waste on lav to be replaced. <br />6. No vent on laundry tray and no trap on automatic <br />washer. <br />7. Install back water valve on basement fixtures. <br />8. Water piping undersized. <br />9.
